Opening order $150.00 minimum, re-orders $100.00. First orders must be pre-paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or check. To apply for net 30 terms on subsequent orders please send credit application.
Delinquent accounts may incur fees and interest charge.
Shipping is FOB Massachusetts, by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Greeting Card Program
Our program is open to all customers who do a certain volume of business with Calypso each year. Please inquire with us or your rep for details. Seasonal cards, boxed notes, magnets and notebooks are firm sale only and do not qualify for Calypso Cards Greeting Card Program.
Returns
No unauthorized returns. 20% restocking fee may be incurred. Exchanges may be authorized for program customers.
Claims
Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 3 days of receipt.
Minimums
For all boxed product please order a minimum of 4 per style.
Counter cards are sold in 12s, or exceptionally in 6s.
Magnets are sold in 6s.
Journals are sold in 3s.
Mini notepads are sold in 6s.
